What we have done

We started our cooperation in 2019 with the realisation of the new Omnichannel Retail Solution. This was integrated with the new Commerce Cloud environment. In 2022, we have developed Salesforce ServiceCloud for Joolz, which is the highly rated customer service software solution.

The aim was to provide Customer Service a 360-degree overview for optimal Customer Service. We offered this by setting up Case Management features and integrating with Commerce Cloud and our own Omnichannel Retail Platform. Besides that, Wolfpack Agency created an Experience Cloud Support Portal. Since the beginning of 2023 we are also responsible for the support of the complete commerce ecosystem of Joolz and for the further development of the Commerce Cloud environment.

An efficient and effective service center for Joolz

In 2022, we have developed Salesforce ServiceCloud for Joolz, which is the highly rated customer service software solution.

The aim was to provide Customer Service a 360-degree overview for optimal Customer Service. We offered this by setting up Case Management features and integrating with Commerce Cloud and our own Omnichannel Retail Platform. Besides that, Wolfpack Agency created an Experience Cloud Support Portal.

The portal contains frequently asked questions articles and an online webform which offers the Joolz Customers various ways of contacting Customer Service.

Before going live, we migrated all data from Zendesk to Service Cloud, which enables Customer Service to see all cases and knowledge articles from the past.

Adding more digital play to Pols Potten

What we have done

  • Realisation of the new B2C webshop

We have developed a completely new digital ecosystem for Pols Potten. The goal was to create a ecosystem that is scalable, future proof and services it’s B2B and B2C customers. Therefore we have set up Salesforce Commerce Cloud and integrated it with our Omnichannel Retail Platform. This way enabling Pols Potten to offer a great B2C and B2B (omnichannel) experience for its customers. ORP is connected with the Exact ERP system and Boxwise WMS, as well as the Salesforce Commerce Cloud webshop. 

We have also developed a custom POS system that enables Pols Potten to sell their great products in their shop but also during fairs.

Realisation future proof digital commerce platform Stichd

We have realized a completely new digital commerce environment for our customer stichd. The first webshop that we launched was Fuel for Fans, a multi-brand shop for Formula 1 ™ merchandising. In addition, we have launched the shops for McLaren, Haas F1 Team and Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team. With a hard deadline, namely the start of the new Formula 1 ™ season, there was an immediate challenge for Wolfpack and the stichd team. In addition, stichd's ambitions made it necessary to have a flexible and scalable digital commerce environment, so that the growing omni-channel needs and requirements can be increasingly met.

The platform is built on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and also includes our Omnichannel Retail Platform, including Order Management, Product Information Management and Channel Management. This means that all inventory and catalog management is centrally arranged within the Salesforce platform for all brands for which Formula 1 ™ merchandising is  firmly established. In addition, the new content management functionality of Salesforce: Page Designer was also chosen. This allows Stichd to create content pages with a “drag & drop” functionality. And all of this was realised in record speed.

360 customer engagement for Stichd

What we have done

Customer Service has become more and more important for Stichd, certainly with the launch of it's Formula 1 platform that we have build for them on Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Stichd wanted to create a 360 customer view of it's customers to be able to deliver a more personalized customer service experience to increase the customer satisfaction. To make this possible we have implemented a flexibile and scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solution and integrated it with Commerce and Marketing Cloud and with our OMS solution.

Why we love this project

It was great to setup a flexible and scalable solution for Stichd that gives Stichd the possibility to acces full 360 degree profiles of their customers. A great extension on their growing digital ecosystem.
