The role
As a Project Manager, you serve as the crucial bridge between the client and thedevelopment team. Your role involves translating client wishes into preciserequirements for the development team. Additionally, you relay feedback and insightsfrom the development team back to the client, ensuring effective communication andalignment throughout the project lifecycle.You'll be responsible for managing multiple e-commerce projects simultaneouslyacross different clients, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Shopifyimplementations, as well as internal product development. You're accountable for allproject aspects: scope, budget, planning, quality, and delivering tangible value forclients together with the team.This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment whereyou'll be juggling multiple client projects with varying complexities, architectures,and integration requirements.You will work in a team with 3 other Project Managers.
Who are you?
Essential experience:
- 5+ years of project management experience, with substantial experienceworking in an agency environment managing multiple clients simultaneously
- Strong e-commerce background with hands-on experience managingSalesforce Commerce Cloud and/or Shopify projects
- Technical understanding of complex e-commerce architectures, systemintegrations (ERP, PIM, OMS, payment gateways, etc.), and API connections
- Proven track record managing digital development projects from conceptionthrough launch and beyond

Technical & Digital Savvy:
- You possess a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital processes, and integration lanscapes
- You can have informed technical conversations with both developers and clients
- You understand the complexity of omnichannel retail and anticipate potential technical challenges
