A partnership that continues to develop

What we have done

We started our cooperation in 2019 with the realisation of the new Omnichannel Retail Solution. This was integrated with the new Commerce Cloud environment. In 2022, we have developed Salesforce ServiceCloud for Joolz, which is the highly rated customer service software solution.
The aim was to provide Customer Service a 360-degree overview for optimal Customer Service. We offered this by setting up Case Management features and integrating with Commerce Cloud and our own Omnichannel Retail Platform. Besides that, Wolfpack Agency created an Experience Cloud Support Portal. Since the beginning of 2023 we are also responsible for the support of the complete commerce ecosystem of Joolz and for the further development of the Commerce Cloud environment.

Joolz is a great brand with promises for a more wonderful world for future generations. It was great to develop the platform that enables the customer to really experience the brand and the products. A great mix between technique and creativity.
