We have developed a completely new digital ecosystem for Pols Potten. The goal was to create a ecosystem that is scalable, future proof and services it’s B2B and B2C customers. Therefore we have set up Salesforce Commerce Cloud and integrated it with our Omnichannel Retail Platform. This enables Pols Potten to offer a great B2C and B2B (omnichannel) experience for its customers. ORP is connected with the Exact ERP system and Boxwise WMS, as well as the Salesforce Commerce Cloud webshop.

We have also developed a custom POS system that enables Pols Potten to sell their great products in their shop but also during fairs.

Pols Potten is a great brand with a great visual style and great products. It was great to develop the platform that enables the customer to really experience the brand and the products. A great mix between technique and creativity.
